Well, if you are a student currently enrolled in a university, the process is relatively easy.
First, hop onto the Victoria Secret PINK website and check to see if your college offers the program. If not, you can always nominate your college by contacting the company.
If you have questions about the application process, you can contact a current PINK campus rep. Their social media handles are available on the company’s website.
From there, you will want to fill out an application. Unfortunately, the deadline for the 2021/ 2022 school year closed on January 31, 2021.

The Application Is Simple
In a YouTube video, which was uploaded on January 14, 2021, Meili Zhang — current UCLA PINK campus rep — shared her experience with applying for the
position.
She noted that the application was straightforward. The application required her to write down information about where she went to school, her interests, and if she belonged to any on-campus organizations.
She also listed the qualities that would make her an ideal PINK campus ambassador.
The Application Process Has A Few Rounds
After submitting your PINK campus ambassador application, you can expect to receive an email in about a month instructing you to make a “mood board.”
“Next round after [submitting the application] they asked me to make a mood board. They asked me to include things surrounding the theme of pink girl power,” explained Meili.
In the video, she noted that PINK contacted her to schedule an interview. During the interview, she was asked similar questions that she answered on the application.
A week later, she received an email informing her that she was officially a PINK campus rep.
Training As A PINK Campus Rep
Once hired as a PINK Campus Rep, you will attend a three-day training session. Due to the pandemic, training was conducted online this year, which is normally held at PINK headquarters, located in Columbus, Ohio.
You will meet your co-rep, who will co-host on-campus events with you. Both of you will curate your school’s PINK campus rep Instagram account.
